Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to all apps published by Madhvi Gusain ("we", "us"): Daily Quotes, Daily Habit and Routine Tracker, Kagaz Saathi, SnapDoc and One Remote: Universal Remote. It explains what each app collects, what stays on your device and what you can control.
The short version
- No account, no sign-up and no ads in any of our apps.
- Your content (quotes you save, tasks, habits, scans, photos, voice, device lists) stays on your phone.
- We do not sell your data.
- The only data that leaves the phone is anonymous usage statistics and crash reports, sent through Firebase.
Information we collect
Anonymous usage and crash data. The apps use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. These may collect device model, Android version, app version, language, approximate region, app-usage events (for example, which screen was opened) and crash logs. They are tied to a random app-instance identifier, not to your name or contact details. This data never includes what you typed, said, scanned or photographed.
Personal information. We do not ask for your name, phone number, email address or location, and we do not collect personally identifiable information.
Content you create. Routines, tasks, habits, saved quotes, scanned documents, QR history and similar content are stored on your device only.

Third-party services

We do not use advertising networks.
Your choices
- Turn analytics off in the app's Settings where the option exists (for example in Kagaz Saathi), or block network access for the app in your phone settings.
- Revoke any permission at any time in your phone's app settings. Features that need it will stop working.
- Uninstalling an app removes the data stored on your device by that app.
Data retention and security
Content on your device stays until you delete it or uninstall the app. Analytics and crash data are kept by Firebase under Google's standard retention settings. We rely on your device's built-in protection for local data.
Children
Our apps are general-purpose and not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Kagaz Saathi is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by any government body. Its guidance may change, so please confirm details with the official website or office before applying.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
